Hello again.

Well, it's been a few weeks since I have posted.  I don't know fully why I have stopped, but needless to say the past few days the dark clouds have been circling and anxiety inevitably bubbles to the core.

I guess I fell back into the old routine.  I stopped working on ways to ease the tensions, keeping myself busy etc.  It's easier to stick to what you know than work on changing things even though you know that it is for the better.  So the circles of worry began to return.  Pointless, inconsequential thoughts suddenly float into your head and become a major event.  Worrying that being overly tired after exercise could actually be in some way a killer virus, and coupled with the bug i have at the moment, well, my mind elevates this into me being about to combust in a raging thermo- nuclear virus and turn to a heap of snot.

The truth is far more sensible though.  I have a bug, and have medicine to get rid of it.  I want to lose weight, but to shift a flabby mass such as mine will undoubtedly cause aches.  And pains.  Coincidentally, The EA sports Active thing on the Nintendo Wii is good, but by the same measure, deeply evil.

So I guess this is a not a restart, more of a refresh.  Like I wasn't responding, and the task manager needed starting.  And I do have a virus, so there is another computer analogy.

I will begin to work on developing a more positive mindset again.

And be able to drag a much happier, less saggy arse to the computer to write more.
